Horizontal Metal Baler – Flip-Discharge Type

The Horizontal Metal Baler – Flip-Discharge Type is designed for compacting and baling scrap steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, steel turnings, end-of-life vehicle scrap, chemical drums, paint and oil drums, metal cans and other recyclable metal waste.

The machine uses a pre-pressing lid, main hydraulic cylinder and synchronized side cylinders to compress loose and irregular metal scrap into dense rectangular bales. After compression, the finished bale is discharged from the side by a hydraulic flip-discharge mechanism, reducing manual handling and making the bales easier to store, load, transport and recycle.

The standard range includes 125T, 160T, 200T, 250T, 315T and 400T models. Chamber size, bale size, motor power and discharge configuration can be customized according to different materials and processing requirements. For heavier and more difficult-to-compress scrap, larger-tonnage and double-main-cylinder solutions are available.

Working Process

Lid Pre-Pressing → Main Cylinder Compression → Side Compression → Flip Discharge

The multi-directional hydraulic compression system produces dense and uniform metal bales for easier storage, stacking, handling, transportation and recycling.
