The complete line integrates a feeding conveyor, automatic weighing system, feeding hopper and horizontal hydraulic briquetting press to achieve accurate feeding, two-stage compression and automatic briquette discharge. Product Features

High-Density Briquetting：Pressing force up to 300T compacts loose chips and turnings into dense cylindrical briquettes with a density of 5.5–6.5 t/m3, greatly reducing volume for storage and transport.
Cutting Fluid Recovery：Residual cutting oil and coolant squeezed out during pressing is collected through a dedicated drainage channel, allowing the fluid to be recycled and reused.
Higher Melting Yield：Briquettes reduce oxidation loss and burn-off during remelting, helping foundries and steel mills achieve a higher metal recovery rate with lower energy consumption.
Automatic & Reliable：PLC control with automatic feeding, pressing and ejecting cycles, plus over-pressure protection and a wear-resistant alloy pressing chamber for continuous operation.

The 670T–3000T Automatic Horizontal Metal Briquetting Production Line is designed for compressing metal chips and machining scrap, including stainless steel chips, 304 stainless steel turnings, steel chips, iron chips, copper chips, aluminum chips, and other recyclable metal scrap.

The standard product range includes 670T, 1000T, 1300T and 1500T, with customized configurations available up to 2000T, 2500T and 3000T. For customers with higher production requirements or specific processing needs, larger pressing forces and customized production line configurations can also be provided.

The production line integrates automatic feeding, conveying, electronic weighing, hydraulic compression and briquette discharge. It compresses loose metal chips into compact and dense briquettes, helping reduce material volume, save storage space, improve transportation efficiency and simplify subsequent recycling and smelting processes.

The complete production process can be automatically controlled, including feeding, weighing, material loading, compression and briquette discharge, reducing manual operation and improving production efficiency.

670T–3000T Pressing Force: Available in multiple pressing force configurations for different metal materials and processing requirements.

Automatic Weighing & Feeding: The electronic weighing system controls the preset feeding weight and automatically transfers material into the compression chamber.

Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Compression: The pushing cylinder, secondary compression cylinder and main compression cylinder work together to provide strong and stable compression.

High Production Efficiency: The optimized automatic working cycle can achieve up to 3 briquettes per minute, depending on material type, feeding weight and briquette specifications.

Automatic Briquette Discharge: The finished briquette is automatically pushed out by the discharge cylinder, reducing manual handling.

304 Stainless Steel Chip Processing: Specialized compression and mold technology can be configured for 304 stainless steel chips and turnings to achieve stable briquette formation.

Cloud Monitoring: A cloud monitoring system can be provided for real-time monitoring of equipment operation and production data.
