320T–800T Horizontal Metal Baler

The 320T–800T Horizontal Metal Baler is designed for compacting and baling ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap, including scrap aluminum cable, stainless steel scrap, aluminum profiles, aluminum cans, metal chips and other loose metal waste.

The standard range includes 320T, 420T, 520T, 670T , with customized configurations and larger pressing forces available for different recycling requirements.

The machine compresses loose and irregular scrap into dense square bales, helping reduce material volume, save storage space, and improve handling, stacking and transportation efficiency.

Intelligent Infrared Safety: An optional human-presence infrared safety system detects personnel entering the designated operating area and automatically stops the machine with an alarm warning, helping improve workplace safety.
Efficient Cooling System: Available with water cooling or air-conditioning hydraulic oil cooling, helping maintain stable hydraulic system performance during continuous and high-intensity operation.
High-Speed Hydraulic System: Equipped with a self-developed intelligent hydraulic control system, with the fastest bale cycle of approximately 70 seconds, depending on the model and operating conditions.
Remote & Manual Operation: Supports both remote-control and manual operation, providing flexible control options for different working environments.

Flexible Door Solutions

Tongxing Hydraulic provides three door configurations to meet different operating and installation requirements: locking plate + hydraulic swing door, hydraulic pin locking + swing door, and dual-cylinder automatic lifting door.

The door and locking structure can be customized according to the machine model, operating conditions and available installation space.
