Project Commissioning
Recently, a 250T Side Push Type Metal Baler was put into operation for an end-of-life vehicle recycling application at JMC (Jiangling Motors Corporation Group).
The machine is used to compress metal components and scrap generated during vehicle dismantling, including steel turnings, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap iron, stainless steel scrap, and other automotive metal parts into compact square bales for easier storage and transportation.
Customer Requirements
Vehicle dismantling generates various types of loose and irregular metal scrap that occupies considerable storage space.
The customer required a baling solution to increase stacking density, reduce transportation costs, and simplify subsequent recycling and handling.
The side push discharge design also makes bale removal and material transfer more convenient.
