Project Commissioning

To meet the needs for volume reduction, centralized storage and efficient transportation of waste aluminum cans, a 370T Vertical Stainless Steel Frame-Type Metal Baler was recently commissioned at a customer's aluminum can recycling facility. The machine is used to compress waste aluminum cans into compact bales, which are manually strapped for easier storage, stacking and transportation.

Customer Requirements

The customer specializes in waste aluminum can recycling and processing. Loose aluminum cans take up considerable space and are difficult to stack and transport efficiently. The customer required a durable, easy-to-operate and low-maintenance baler to compress aluminum cans into compact bales for centralized storage, loading, transportation and subsequent furnace charging.
