Project Commissioning

To meet the needs for volume reduction, centralized storage and efficient transportation of scrap aluminum, the 420T Vertical Metal Baler has been successfully applied at multiple customer sites. The machine is designed to compress various types of scrap aluminum into compact bales, which are manually strapped for easier storage, stacking, loading and transportation.

The customers are engaged in scrap aluminum recycling and processing, handling materials such as scrap aluminum sheets, aluminum profiles, waste aluminum cans and other aluminum scrap. These materials are often loose and bulky, making direct storage and transportation less efficient. The customers use the metal baler to compress scrap aluminum into compact bales, improving storage and transportation efficiency while requiring a durable, easy-to-operate and low-maintenance machine.
