470T Vertical Metal Baler for Scrap Stainless Steel Recycling

Project Commissioning

To meet the needs for volume reduction, centralized storage and efficient transportation of scrap stainless steel, a 470T Vertical Stainless Steel Frame-Type Metal Baler was recently commissioned at a customer's metal recycling facility. The machine is used to compress scrap stainless steel into compact bales, which are manually strapped for easier storage, stacking and transportation.

Customer Requirements

The customer specializes in scrap stainless steel recycling and processing. Loose stainless steel scrap takes up considerable space and is difficult to stack and transport efficiently. The customer required a durable, easy-to-operate and low-maintenance baler to compress stainless steel scrap into compact bales for centralized storage, loading, transportation and subsequent furnace charging.
